The 2018 AIAS conference was hosted by Griffith University and held in the Griffith Health centre. The three day conference, ran in early December and included seminars, forums, sponsor displays, site tours included the School of Anatomy, the School of Medicine and the School of Dentistry and Oral Health Facilities. A trip was also conducted to Bond University where lunch was held on the final day of the conference.

Social events included a pre conference welcome function at the Southport Surf Lifesaving Club with the conference dinner held at Dreamworld’s Tiger Island which included pre dinner drinks and access to some of the parks rides before watching the Tigers in action.
